Have you lost a Ferret

On Monday morning, the 10th March a large, blonde very friendly pole-cat popped its head around my back gate. It has obviously been well cared for and was happy to be put into a small cat basket whilst I wizzed round the village looking for its owner. Unfortunately no one knew anyone who had a ferret, so if you can help at all, I'd be delighted to hand him back. My number is 220566. and I'm at the Blue Cottage. Immie

Blocked Drains

You will all be glad to know that the Warwickshire County Council jetting team visted the village today to unblock various surface water drains. The two blocked drains at the top of Overstone road have unfortunately not been fixed and will require further attention.

- Tim Moore
